Standard delivery
1-2 days (Monday to Friday up to 17.30) £8.00+ VAT (£9.60), UK mainland only, some geographical exclusions may apply. This is the standard delivery service and cost selected within the basket and checkout.

If your delivery post code is within an area where carriers advise longer delivery or extra costs you will be notified by a member of our team.

To maintain and provide these delivery options and to allow sufficient time to process and dispatch orders we require to operate a last orders for next day delivery shut off time of 14.00 Monday – Friday. Any orders placed after 14.00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed anytime at the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note Saturday and Sunday’s are not working days, Bank Holiday/public holidays are also not a working day.

*These delivery options and shut off time are subject to the following. These can be affected at times of high order intake, stock availability, public and company holidays and other conditions.

We realise sometimes that you may have bought something in error or simply changed your mind. In the event where you wish to return any item we have put together some returns terms and conditions. In the event where you may wish to return any ordered goods please contact us at hello@threadrive.co.uk or call on 01268 288880 for pre-authorisation prior to any returns and we will advise your options and procedures for return.

Returns Terms and Conditions

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee (minimum 20%).

Specially ordered or manufactured items cannot be returned or credited.

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.

All returns shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and can’t be refunded, sorry.

Any refunds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Threadrive is entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.

Customers have 30 days from date of delivery/invoice to return orders subject to being authorised and the above conditions prior to return.

Our minimum product order value is £10.00 (excluding delivery and VAT).

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 – 16.30 (excluding public holidays). We are closed at the weekends.  Any orders or contact made outside our opening hours will be despacthed or responded on our return to the office.
